How to File using FltPlan.com

FltPlan.com can file your IFR & VFR flight plans with the FAA.   First, verify the accuracy and completeness of your User/PIC Info in the Change User or PIC Info section and then send an e-mail to Support@FltPlan.com with your USERNAME, NAME and a note giving FltPlan.com authorization to file your flight plans.
After verification of your information by FltPlan.com, we will notify you by e-mail that we have processed you for filing flight plans through FltPlan.com. In this e-mail we will give you instructions on how you can select flight plans to be filed. You only need to e-mail us once with authorization. After you have been processed, no further e-mailing is required.

Note: Verification of your information is looked at on an individual basis by FltPlan.com.   Providing false or misleading information in order to access the Air Traffic Control system is a Federal offense. FltPlan.com will report suspicious activity and will cooperate and assist with any governmental authority in the pursuit and prosecution of someone attempting to use this system in an illegal manner.

    This includes:
  • Your name.
  • Your address. (Check that you have entered City & State)
  • Your phone number.

I give FltPlan.com authorization to file flight plans with the FAA on my behalf.

  • Notes:

  • After you have been processed for filing, no further e-mailing is required.
  • Notice to AOL Users.
AOL sells third party ads on your email messages.
Many of these ads are 'spoofing' web addresses (similar to viruses) and can be rejected by our email service.
  • 1.) Complain to AOL about their use of these spoofing links on your email messages.
  • 2.) If you do not hear back from FltPlan.com within a few hours, then we probably never got your email since it was rejected as a malicious email.
  • 3.) Switch to a Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail email account.
