FltPlan.com can file your IFR & VFR flight plans.
First, verify the accuracy and completeness of your User/PIC Info
in the Change User or PIC Info section and then send an e-mail to Support@FltPlan.com with your USERNAME, NAME and a note giving FltPlan.com authorization to file your flight plans.
After verification of your information by FltPlan.com, we will notify
you by e-mail that we have processed you for filing flight plans through
FltPlan.com. In this e-mail we will give you instructions on how you
can select flight plans to be filed.
You only need to e-mail us once with authorization. After you have been
processed, no further e-mailing is required.

Note:
Verification of your information is looked at on an individual basis by
FltPlan.com. Providing false or misleading information in order
to access the Air Traffic Control system is a Federal offense. FltPlan.com
will report suspicious activity and will cooperate and assist with any
governmental authority in the pursuit and prosecution of someone
attempting to use this system in an illegal manner.

Here are the necessary steps:
1.) Check accuracy/completeness of your User/PIC Info. (Main Page Menu - Chg User or PIC Info)
This includes:
Your name.
Your address. (Check that you have entered City & State)
Your phone number.
Your e-mail address.
NOTE: Your Name, Address, and Phone number
are only used for the required info on your filed flight plan. Your
e-mail address is needed in case we need to contact you. Your personal
information or flight itineraries are never given out to anyone else.

2.) Send an e-mail to Support@FltPlan.com giving FltPlan.com authorization to file your flight plans.
i.e.
My Username is: ________ My Name is: ________ I give FltPlan.com authorization to file flight plans on my behalf.

Notes:
E-mailing us does not automatically file your flight plans. After we process your request, you will receive instructions back on how you can select your flight plans to be filed.
After you have been processed for filing, no further e-mailing is required.
Notice to AOL Users. AOL sells third party ads on your email messages. Many of these ads are 'spoofing' web addresses (similar to viruses) and can be rejected by our email service. 1.) Complain to AOL about their use of these spoofing links on your email messages.
2.) If you do not hear back from FltPlan.com within a few hours, then
we probably never got your email since it was rejected as a malicious
email. 3.) Switch to a Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail email account.
